The AAOM has accredited Dr Stavrou in Prolotherapy. He is the first and only doctor in South Africa with this certification.
Dr Stavrou in action at the American Association of Orthopaedic Medicine workshop, where he trained with leading Prolotherapist – Dr Shiple. He was one of the team of international doctors who treated over 700 patients pro Deo in Cancun, Mexico this year.
AAOM held their 29th Annual Conference and Scientific Seminar April 18, 2012 that focused on the topic of 21st Century Spine and Regenerative Orthopaedic Medicine.
